• Michael Lippard -  Pastor

    Michael Lippard grew up in North Carolina, worked at Lutheridge as a camp counselor for four summers, and graduated from Catawba College in Salisbury, N.C., with an A.B. in Religion in 1974.  After graduating from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, Columbia, S.C., in 1978 (M.Div.) and ordination in the North Carolina Synod of the Lutheran Church in America, Pastor Lippard served LCA/ELCA congregations in Virginia and West Virginia.  In 1994, he completed a three-year clinical training program in pastoral psychotherapy in the Washington, D.C. area.  The following year...     <read more>

  • Katherine Museus -  Associate Pastor

    Katherine Museus claims Minnesota as her homeland, though she also spent some of her growing-up years in Michigan and Wisconsin. She graduated from Hamline University (St. Paul, MN) in 2010, where she studied Theatre Arts, Religion, and Music. She then moved to Nashville to study at Vanderbilt Divinity School and received her M.Div. in 2013. She received an M.A. in the History of Christianity from Luther Seminary in 2014.

    Pastor Museus first came to St. Andrew in 2014 as a pastoral intern. The congregation then called her as an associate pastor, and she was ordained and installed in this church in November 2015.   <read more>

  • Eric Pearson - Pastor Emeritus

    Eric Pearson is a native New Yorker, born and raised in the greater New York Metropolitan Area. He received a B.A. in history from Gettysburg College in 1965 and an M.Div from The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg in 1969.

    Pastor Pearson’s first call was to Luther Memorial Lutheran Church in North Syracuse, New York. From there he went on to be a Pastor Developer with a call that brought him to Williamson County to plant a Lutheran church in the growing suburbs south of Nashville.   • Jolene Richardson - Parish Administrator

    Jolene Richardson, a native Iowan, has been a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church since moving to Franklin in January 1990. Jolene is married to Mike Richardson and they have 2 grown daughters, Nicki and Michele. In July 2006, Jolene became the Parish Administrator at St. Andrew which has been a natural fit for her. Jolene has served on most every committee at St. Andrew, including council from May 2001 as vice president and from 2003-05, as congregational President, during the transition period after Pastor Eric Pearson retired and with Pastor Howard Mettee as interim Pastor.   • Pastor Susan Springer - Administrative 


    Susan Springer grew up in Ohio and attended Wittenberg University, where she studied English and education.  She taught high school for several years in Warrenton, Virginia, before attending Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary in South Carolina.   She served parishes in Virginia and Mississippi before moving to Tennessee.  Currently she serves as pastor at Crowell’s Chapel Lutheran Church in Bedford County, as well as working as administrative assistant at St. Andrew.  She is married to Pastor Michael                                                                             Lippard; they have two daughters and two cats.


  • Darryl Miller - Organist

    Darryl Miller serves St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Franklin, Tennessee, as Organist, a position has held since 2002.  Until January 2014, Darryl also served as Directory of Music at the church.  He was directly responsible for negotiating the acquisition of the Aeolian-Skinner pipe organ. In addition to his work at St. Andrew, he is a music specialist with the Metro Nashville Public Schools.

    Marsha Scheusner grew up in South Dakota and received her bachelor's degree in music education from Northern State University.  She met her husband, Ron, in college on a choir tour of the upper Midwest.  She and her husband have been active as music educators and church musicians in South Dakota, Virginia and Tennessee for over thirty years.... <read more>

  • Katherine Mansouri -

    Children's Youth Music Director

    A native of Huntington, WV and lifelong Lutheran, Katherine Becker Mansouri is Children’s Youth Music Director at St. Andrew.  She has been an active member of St. Andrew since she and her husband Bijan and their three children – David, Sarah and Michael - moved to Brentwood in 1992.  She grew up in a family of musicians, taking violin and piano lessons and singing in the church choir.   <read more>

  • Sandy Vollmer - Youth Director

    Sandy Vollmer was born and raised in Elyria, Ohio. She graduated from the Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, OH, in 1990 with a BFA focusing in graphic design. She worked as a full-time graphic designer until her five children were born, blessing her life abundantly.

    Sandy has a passion for working with youth and children and the visual arts. In 2011 she went back to school and received her Master of Arts and Teaching degree from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She is certified as an art teacher for grades K-12 and taught as a substitute teacher from 2011-2013.   <read more>
